Food truck vendors, please download or print the document below, fill it out and return it to the city of Fulton to obtain the permit. Can't print it? Send your email address and we will email you one. Also, see the schedule of fees below.
FYI - We've learned that there is very little electrical support. A quiet generator may be needed.
Remember, when you return the permit to the City, you will need the following information included:
- Certificate of Liability Insurance for $1,000,000. The Certificate Holder needs to be "the City of Fulton, 141 South First Street, Fulton, NY 13069."
- Oswego County Department of Health Permit to Operate a Temporary Food Operation.
